Распространенные вопросы о руководствах, регистрации и поддержке этого бренда.
-
What is the warranty period for SENSORWORX products?
SENSORWORX warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
-
How do I change the time delay on my SENSORWORX sensor?
Most SENSORWORX sensors allow you to adjust the time delay via the push button. Press and hold the button until the LED flashes rapidly, release, then tap the button 2 times to select the Time Delay function. Follow the blink-back sequence to set your desired time (e.g., 4 taps for the default 10 minutes).
-
What is the difference between Vacancy Mode and Occupancy Mode?
In Occupancy Mode (Auto-On/Auto-Off), lights turn on automatically when motion is detected and turn off after a time delay. In Vacancy Mode (Manual-On/Auto-Off), users must manually press the switch to turn lights on, but they will still turn off automatically when the space is vacant.
-
Why does my sensor having trouble turning lights off?
If lights remain on, check if the sensor is in a test mode or if there is constant motion/noise in the area (for dual-tech models). Also, verify the wiring primarily if the relay has been wired in parallel with another switch.
-
Can SENSORWORX sensors be used with LED lighting?
Yes, SENSORWORX wall switches and power packs are rated for LED drivers and lamps, as well as electronic/magnetic ballasts and incandescent loads.
