1. Первоначальная зарядка

Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds. The charging case features a 2000mAh battery, providing up to 36 hours of total playback time for the earbuds.

• The intelligent LED display on the case will show the current battery level during charging.
• Ensure both earbuds are placed correctly in the charging case. They will charge automatically when the case is powered.

3. Selecting Earbud Tips

• Press the new tips firmly onto the earbuds until they are securely attached.

• For earwax or debris in the earbud tips, gently remove the tips and clean them with a mild soap solution, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge the charging case in water.

The earbuds are rated IPX4 water resistant, meaning they are protected from splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for daily use, including light rain and sweating during exercise.

Важный: The charging case is NOT waterproof. Avoid exposing the charging case to water or excessive moisture.

Поиск неисправностей

Если у вас возникли проблемы с наушниками, воспользуйтесь следующими распространенными решениями:

  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then remove them to re-initiate pairing mode.
