- Q: Why is my light blinking?
- A: If an ERROR is detected, the controller display will show an "E" followed by a number, and the power to the heating element will not be turned on. Follow the instructions in your manual for specific troubleshooting steps related to the error code.
- Q: Only parts of my heated mattress pad are getting warm.
- A: This is normally caused by one area of the heating element being bunched or pinched. First, ensure that the heated mattress pad is laid flat and not tucked in, bunched, and does not have anything heavy on it. Lay the heated mattress pad flat and run your fingers along the wire, paying special attention to the top and bottom of the heated mattress pad where the wire bends. If any portion of the wire is twisted on itself, manually twist it back.
