This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop. Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance and retain this manual for future reference.

Распаковка и размещение

1. Аккуратно извлеките все компоненты из упаковки.
2. Place the XL HEPA Self-Empty Base against a wall in an open area, ensuring at least 3 feet of clearance on either side and 5 feet in front. Plug the base into a power outlet.
3. Place the robot vacuum onto the charging base. Ensure the charging contacts align.

App Installation and Initial Mapping

Download the SharkClean® app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot to your home Wi-Fi network and initiate the initial home mapping process. The robot will navigate your home to create a detailed map, which is essential for efficient cleaning and customization.

Attaching Cleaning Modules

The robot supports both vacuum and mop functionalities. Depending on your cleaning needs, attach the appropriate module to the robot. The vacuum module is used for dry debris, while the mop module is for wet cleaning of hard floors.

For mopping, ensure the water tank is filled with water or a compatible cleaning solution as per the instructions on the tank. The mop pad should be attached securely.

• Matrix Clean Navigation: The robot cleans in a precise, matrix-like grid pattern, ensuring thorough coverage and minimizing missed spots. This mode is ideal for comprehensive cleaning of all floor types.
• UltraClean Mode: For carpets and hard floors requiring deeper cleaning, this mode leverages Matrix Clean Navigation for enhanced debris removal.
• Sonic Mopping: When the mop module is attached, the robot scrubs hard floors at 100 times per minute. For extra deep cleaning on targeted zones, activate Ultra Mop via the app.

• Object Avoidance: The robot is equipped with advanced intelligence to detect and avoid objects 4.5 inches or greater in its path, preventing interruptions during cleaning cycles.
• CleanEdge Technology: This feature uses blasts of air and corner recognition to dislodge debris from edges and corners, directing it into the cleaning path for superior edge cleaning.
• Перезарядка и возобновление: If the battery runs low during a cleaning cycle, the robot will automatically return to its base to recharge and then resume cleaning from where it left off.

The bagless self-empty base automatically empties the robot's dustbin after each cleaning cycle. It has a capacity of up to 60 days of dirt and debris. The base features true HEPA filtration, capturing 99.97% of dust and allergens down to 0.3 microns.

Robot Dustbin and Mop Pad

• Emptying the Robot Dustbin: While the self-empty base handles most debris, it is recommended to manually check and empty the robot's internal dustbin periodically, especially if using the mop-only function or if the base is full.
• Очистка насадки для швабры: The reusable mop pad should be removed and cleaned after each mopping session. It can be hand-washed or machine-washed according to the care instructions.

Brushroll and Filters

• Robot gets stuck or misses areas: Ensure the home map in the SharkClean® app is up-to-date. If furniture has been rearranged, perform a new mapping run. Clear small obstacles like cables or lightweight rugs that the robot might not detect.
• Mop function not performing optimally: Check the water tank level and ensure the mop pad is clean and properly attached. If using a cleaning solution, ensure it is compatible with the robot.
• Reduced suction or cleaning performance: Check and empty the robot's dustbin and the self-empty base. Clean or replace the HEPA filter and inspect the brushroll for any tangled hair or debris.
