The HyperX Cloud II headset offers versatile connectivity options:
- USB-подключение: For PC, Mac, and PS4, connect the headset to the USB Advanced Audio Control Box, then plug the USB connector into an available USB port on your device. This enables virtual 7.1 surround sound.

The headset includes a detachable, noise-cancelling microphone that is TeamSpeak and Discord certified. This ensures your voice is heard loud and clear during communication. Simply plug the microphone into the dedicated port on the headset when needed, and detach it for solo listening.

- Poor Sound Quality or Call Performance: If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance. Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ear. Ensure the USB audio control box is securely connected to your device.
- Микрофон не работает: Check if the microphone is securely plugged into the headset. Ensure the microphone mute button on the in-line control box is not activated (it should not be red). Verify microphone settings in your device's operating system.
