This appliance must be grounded. The correct outlet must be used when plugging in the appliance, do not attempt to override the ground wire feature.
The Steam Mop is designed to thoroughly clean floor surfaces HINT:
To disinfect a specific area, position the steamer over the area for a minimum of eight seconds. The steam temperature will reach to approximately 90-100°C (194-212°F). Use this procedure to disinfect floors in bathrooms, showers, and kitchens.

- When cleaning sealed lacquered floor, take extra caution, test on an inconspicuous area to order to avoid scratching and damage of floors.
- On surfaces that have been treated with wax, the wax may be removed by the heat and steam action. Do not use on unsealed wood floors or leave the unit standing on wood floor for an extended period of time. This could cause the wood grain to rise. When using on vinyl, linoleum, or any other heat sensitive floors, take extra caution. Too much heat can melt down glue In the flooring. It is recommended you test the mop on an inconspicuous area before completing a full clean. It is also recommended that you check the use and care instructions of the surface from the floor manufacturer to ensure suitability to steam cleaning.
- Steam Mop uses tap water. If you live In a hard water area, we recommend using distilled water for better performance.
- Before using the steam mop on any floors, we recommend vacuuming them first to ensure there Is no debris on the floor that could cause damage.
Assembling your steam mop
- Attach the Mop head to the Main Body as follows: Press the lock button (on the swivel joint) and insert the Swivel Joint into designated hole in the Main Body until it locks in place with the Lock Button on the swivel joint.
- Assemble the handle and insert it down into the body until it locks in place with the Lock Button on the Main Body (you will hear a clicking sound).
- Attach the cloth pad to the map head.

Do not operate without the Cloth In place. - Hold the Mop at a 45°angle, open the water tank cover and add the water in the tank
- When using Steam Mop on carpets, place the mop and cloth into the carpet glider.

Do not use the Carpet Glider on hard floors or other surfaces. - Once the unit has been fully assembly and filled with the water, plug into the mains. Select the ON(I) position on the power button. After approximately 20 seconds, the Mop will start emitting steam. To stop emitting steam, turn the Power Switch(0/0 до ВЫКЛ (0) Позиция.

To sanitize an area of your floor, hold the Steam Mop over area for a minimum of 8 seconds, but no longer than 15 seconds. Leaving the Steam Mop in a stationary position for a longer period than recommended may cause the build-up of a pale residue. This residue can be removed by using a decalcifying product or with a few drops of vinegar. (See troubleshooting guide)

Never use the steam mop without water in the tank and never direct steam at people, animals, or plants. - When you have finished using the steam mop, unplug from the mains socket. Allow a few minutes for the steam mop to cool down before you empty the water tank then carefully remove the cloth pad from the head, wind the power cord around the cord wrap and store it upright in a dry area.
Using the steamer In handheld mode
- Press handle lock button (K) to remove the handle from the main body.
- Press lock button on swivel joint (J) to remove the mop head from the main body.
- Press the attachment lock button on the Accessory Adaptor (V) and install the accessory adaptor to the end of the main body, this will click into place.
- Choose the accessories from those listed on the “choosing the right accessory” page Align the accessory with the accessory adaptor and push and turn clockwise into place.
- Press the attachment lock button on the Accessory Adaptor to remove the accessory adaptor from the main body.
