This pivot door is designed for straightforward installation with pre-drilled holes and included hardware. Refer to the 'Door Size' and 'Pivot Door Hardware' images for component identification and measurements.
- Подготовьте открытие: Ensure your rough opening dimensions match the specifications provided (approximately 80 8/16" height for a 36" x 80" door). The opening should be plumb, level, and square.
- Install Upper Pivot Connectors: Mount the upper pivot connectors to the top frame of your door opening according to the provided hardware instructions. Ensure they are securely fastened and correctly aligned.
- Install Lower Jamb Pivot: Secure the lower jamb pivot to the floor or bottom frame of the door opening. Precise placement is crucial for proper door operation.
- Attach Hardware to Door Panels: Install the corresponding pivot hardware onto the top and bottom edges of each door panel. The door panels come with pre-drilled holes for this purpose. Attach the pull set (handles) to the door panels.
- Mount Door Panels: Carefully lift each door panel and engage the upper pivot into its connector. Then, align and secure the lower pivot into the lower jamb pivot. Adjust as necessary to ensure smooth rotation.
- Install Magnet Bracket: Attach the magnet bracket to the door frame to ensure the doors remain closed when not in use.
