5.1 Preparing a Vacuum Sealer Bag

1. Cut Bag: If using a roll, pull out the desired length of bag material from the roll storage chamber. Use the built-in bag cutter to cut the bag to size, ensuring enough space (at least 3 inches) above the food item for sealing.
2. Запечатайте один конец: Place one open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it lies flat over the sealing strip. Close the lid firmly until the latches engage. Press the "Seal" button. The indicator light will illuminate, then turn off when the seal is complete. Open the lid.
3. Fill Bag: Place the food item into the newly formed bag, leaving at least 3 inches of space from the top edge.

   • Импульсный режим: For delicate items (e.g., chips, baked goods) that could be crushed by full vacuum. Press and hold the "Pulse" button to vacuum manually. Release the button when the desired vacuum level is reached, then immediately press the "Seal" button to seal the bag.
4. Мониторинг процесса: The indicator light will show the progress. Once the vacuum and sealing process is complete, the light will turn off.
