1. Введение

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your TECHMOO 25CC Gas Chainsaw. 2.2. Fuel Handling Safety

The recommended fuel mix for this 25CC 2-stroke engine is 25:1 (gasoline to oil). Store fuel in approved containers.

4. Настройка

4.1. Assembly of Guide Bar and Saw Chain

1. Ensure the engine is off and the chain brake is disengaged.
2. Ослабьте гайки крепления рулевой рейки и снимите крышку сцепления.
3. Carefully place the saw chain around the clutch drum and guide bar, ensuring the cutting edges face forward on the top edge of the guide bar.
4. Совместите направляющую шину с крепежными шпильками на корпусе бензопилы.
5. Replace the clutch cover and tighten the bar nuts finger-tight.
6. Отрегулируйте натяжение цепи с помощью регулировочного винта. Цепь должна быть плотно натянута, но при этом свободно тянуться рукой.
7. Once tension is correct, fully tighten the bar nuts.

4.2. Заправка топливом и маслом

• Prepare your 25:1 fuel mixture using the provided mixing bottle.
• Fill the fuel tank (marked with a gas pump icon) with the mixed fuel.
• Fill the chain oil tank (marked with an oil can icon) with appropriate chain lubricant.

5.1. Запуск бензопилы

1. Установите бензопилу на твердую, ровную поверхность.
2. Для включения цепного тормоза нажмите на переднюю защиту для рук вперед до щелчка.
3. Set the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position.
4. Pull the choke knob out.
5. Нажмите на грушу праймера несколько раз, пока не станет видно топливо.
6. Pull the starter cord firmly and quickly until the engine fires (usually 1-3 pulls).
7. Once the engine fires, push the choke knob in.

5.2. Методы резки

Always ensure proper footing and balance. Hold the chainsaw firmly with both hands. Allow the chain to reach full speed before beginning a cut. For small limbs and branches, use a steady, controlled motion. Avoid cutting directly into the ground. The 25CC engine provides sufficient power for tasks like trimming, pruning, and light logging.

Check chain tension frequently, especially during initial use and as the chain warms up. A properly tensioned chain should be snug against the guide bar but still allow you to pull it around by hand. Adjust as described in Section 4.1.

Periodically inspect and clean the air filter. A dirty air filter can reduce engine performance. Remove the air filter cover, take out the foam filter element, and clean it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before reinstallation. The air filter is designed for easy cleaning and reusability.
