Measuring an Angle:

1. Align Vertex: Place the protractor's center point (often marked with a small cross or hole) directly over the vertex (corner) of the angle you wish to measure.
2. Align Base Line: Align the protractor's straight base line (0°/180° line) with one of the angle's rays.
