1. Place the scanning mat on a flat, stable surface.
2. Position the VIISAN DL24 scanner unit on the designated area of the scanning mat.
3. Connect the power adapter to the DC-IN port on the scanner and plug it into a power outlet.
4. Connect the USB Type-C end of the USB cable to the scanner's USB-C port and the USB Type-A end to an available USB port on your computer.
5. If using, connect the external shutter button or foot pedal to the USB Type-A port on the scanner unit.

The VIISAN DL24 requires the OfficeCam software for full functionality. Please note: The bundled scanning software OfficeCam supports only x64 and x86 architectures on Windows PCs and macOS. It is not compatible with ARM-based devices, such as the Surface Pro X.
